This panel discussion offers examples and perspectives from a variety of organizations about how they engage and elevate diverse teams. Speakers will share how they have applied approaches to create psychological safety, inclusion, engagement, improved performance, and greater innovation. Our speakers share case studies where the application of these principles resulted in the learning, the challenges and positive outcomes. Attendees will participate in a hands-on exercise to apply these principles and deepen professional relationships.

Collaborative Problem Solving for Experience Management
Bring your thorniest experience management problems - whether it is people, process, data or technology and sit down with in-house experts to brainstorm solutions. The session will be an interactive group exercise where participants will be divided into small teams to brainstorm solutions to problems that have been identified by crowdsourcing prior to the conference. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and learn from their peers. The workshop is designed to be highly interactive and collaborative, with a focus on potential solutions that can be applied in real-world scenarios.
