Collaborative Problem Solving for Experience Management

Bring your thorniest experience management problems - whether it is people, process, data or technology and sit down with in-house experts to brainstorm solutions. The session will be an interactive group exercise where participants will be divided into small teams to brainstorm solutions to problems that have been identified by crowdsourcing prior to the conference. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences and learn from their peers. The workshop is designed to be highly interactive and collaborative, with a focus on potential solutions that can be applied in real-world scenarios.
