Greg Ingino Joins Litera As Company’s First Chief Technology Officer
Ingino joins Litera at a pivotal moment to drive innovation and product expansion
Litera, a global leader in legal technology solutions, announced today that Greg Ingino will join as the company’s first Chief Technology Officer. This hire comes in a wave of top talent investments across the company ushered in by Litera CEO Sheryl D. Hoskins. Ingino arrives at a pivotal time as Litera continues to innovate while bringing together its product ecosystem to provide best-in-class tools for law firms and corporate attorneys.

In his new role, Ingino will be responsible for driving the company’s industry-leading technology and leading the engineering functions contributing to Litera’s product strength and stability. Ingino joins Litera with over two decades of experience in data-driven product innovation, M&A, and development from a variety of different industries focused on SaaS applications. At Litera, he will lead the engineering, dev ops, architecture, R&D operations, QA, IT, and Security teams across the company.

At previous companies, Ingino led global technology teams through rapid change by accelerating innovation, development, operations, data initiatives, and security to deliver organizational excellence within both public and private equity-backed companies. In his most recent role as CTO of WebPT, he was responsible for rebuilding and transforming the technology organization of the largest outpatient software provider in the industry to achieve enterprise scale through the integration of several acquisitions, delivering new enterprise platform capabilities, launching the companies first enterprise data offering, and improving overall scalability of the company’s technology assets.
Prior to WebPT he served as the CTO of Vertafore, the largest provider of software to independent insurance agents, helping the company scale to $600Min revenue which led to the sale of the company to Roper Technologies for $5.35B. Ingino has an MBA from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science from California State University Northridge. Ingino will report to CEO Sheryl D. Hoskins.
