Litera Welcomes Meredith Johnson as Chief Product Officer
Johnson Brings Extensive Experience To Champion Product Development, Customer Value Creation, and Innovation
CHICAGO, IL – May 3, 2022 – Litera, a global leader in legal technology solutions, is pleased to announce Meredith Johnson as its new Chief Product Officer. Johnson brings twenty years of extensive leadership experience to Litera, specializing in product rationalization for delighting customers and scaling businesses.
She has proven experience building world-class products, services, and marketplaces for global business, generating nearly $1Bn in company revenue. Previously, she spent more than nineteen years at Blackbaud in several commercial, customer success, and product leadership roles. She recently served as the Vice President of Product Management, developing global teams for Blackbaud. She’s a public speaker on topics including Leading Product Management Through Business Model Transformation, Fueling Innovation Through Portfolio Transformation, and End of Support Product Lifecycle Frameworks.
In her new role, Meredith will be responsible for driving the company’s long-term sector-leading product strategy, product design, and product delivery. She will lead Product Management and Product Design functions contributing to Litera’s hypergrowth. At Blackbaud, Johnson successfully led major platform evolutions and M&A product integrations while accelerating the rate of innovation and customer value. The Chief Product Officer position is a recent addition to Litera’s executive leadership team. Johnson will be reporting to Chief Executive Officer Sheryl Hoskins.
