We have made several updates to our governance tools, focusing on performance enhancements and user experience improvements. Key updates include:
- Improved Data Sync and Analytics Tools: We've spent a considerable part of the year enhancing the performance of our data sync and analytics tools. The updated interface is more intuitive, allowing users to query and interrogate data without needing advanced technical skills.
- Visual Interpretations of Data: Users can now create visual representations of data, making it easier to interpret and act upon.
- Enhanced Job Center: We've streamlined the Job Center to simplify the process of finding and troubleshooting jobs. Other firm stakeholders can now run their own reports and take action on data, such as performing bulk updates, bulk security updates, and mass document check-ins.
Drafting Updates
Litera has made significant updates to our drafting tools, aiming to improve user experience, save time, and reduce the number of clicks required to perform tasks. Notable updates include:
- Deeper Integration with Outlook Contacts in Litera Create: This integration enhances the connection between our tools and Outlook, streamlining workflows.
- Centralized Admin Access Point in Litera Create: A new centralized admin access point has been introduced for better management of the document creation tool.
- Enhanced Printing Experience in Litera Create: We've improved the printing experience to make it more efficient and user-friendly.
- Instant Document Name Viewing in Litera Compare: Users can now instantly view document names in the way it works best for them.
- Extended iManage Integration in pdfDocs: We've expanded our integration with iManage and enhanced PDF functionality in the right-click menu.
Innovation in Drafting: Litera Add-In and Litera Compare Web
In addition to our Q2 updates, Litera is pushing the boundaries of innovation with the introduction of the Litera Add-In and the Litera Compare Web solution, both currently in Beta.
- Litera Add-In: This cloud-based office Add-In interface integrates key workflows of our drafting, contract review and analysis, and firm performance tools into a unified experience available in both Word and Outlook. It's designed to meet lawyers where they work, across devices and operating systems and provides insights across client, matter, deal point, etc. Data to streamline drafting accuracy and efficiency by 200%. With just two installers (one for Word and one for Outlook), technology management becomes significantly easier, allowing IT teams to focus on more strategic initiatives.
- Litera Compare Web Solution: Offering the same gold standard tool in both desktop and web-based form, our Compare Web solution can be accessed from anywhere users have an internet connection. It includes new capabilities such as batch comparisons and the integration of GenAI capabilities for comparison summarization.
